Project Financing

The project is a public-private partnership between Collier County, Collier Community Foundation, Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation, Moorings Park Foundation, Renaissance Hall at Old Course, LLC, and Rural Neighborhoods to create affordable housing for essential service workers in Collier County.
