How the program works:

At Renaissance, we value the individuals and families who help make our community a great place to live and work. Our Affordable Living Program offers apartment homes for households earning within 50% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Designed for individuals, couples, and families at a variety of income levels, this program provides an opportunity to live in our community at a more affordable rent. Prospective residents must provide proof of income to qualify for an Affordable Living apartment.

Eligibility Requirements

• This program is intended to support essential service professionals, including Veterans, Educators, Fire & Rescue Personnel, Police Officers, and Healthcare Professionals.
• Eligibility is based on total household income and household size.
• Income must fall within the range defined by the program.
• Proof of income and household size is required during application process.

• Rental rates shown on the Floorplans page are market rates only and do not reflect the adjusted rate under the Affordable Living Program.
